Canceling or Modifying Before an Order has Shipped

You may cancel an order by contacting us via the email below,

Cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a response from our customer support team.

We will arrange a refund for you within 12 hours of receiving your email and expect it to arrive on your card within 3-5 days.

Orders which have already been shipped (you have received a tracking number) cannot be changed or canceled. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for return terms and instructions to send an order back for a refund, if desired.

Returns After an Order has been Received

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Yes, you do have to pay the shipping back to us, as we paid to ship it to you.If you have purchased 30 days of free return service, then you will not have to pay the shipping cost

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free Return

For items with "Free Return" label, you can return the products within 30 calendar days from receiving the item(s), if the item is in an unused and undamaged condition with original packaging and all safety seals and labels are retained and not damaged.

• Contact us at, select Return Goods, pack the items and use the return label to send back the returned items.
• Please return the items in accordance with the instructions on the return form that you receive.


• You will be fully refunded as soon as the quality control has been completed at the warehouse and the returned items meet the conditions of the refund.
• After the return is finished with a full refund, your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.


• After review, for each return request, we will provide you with one pre-paid return label.

• If you initiate multiple return requests under the same order, you will receive one pre-paid return label, please return all returned items in one parcel, otherwise, if you send part of returned items with the pre-paid return label, although you can still return other items under the same order within the time limit, we regret that you may need to pay additional shipping fees for the return of other items.

Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests
• The products have not been used.
• The item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

•EVTESPARTS monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns on EVTESPARTS in all instances.

Note(For not purchasing free return insurance):

We will handle the process once we received the package, in order to receive the goods quickly and avoid the high return fee, please ship by EMS, and declare the amount under $100, for the declaration information, please write a testing sample.

DHL/FedEx/UPS such commercial express will consist of customs detention and a high amount of tax, and lead to the goods cannot be signed in normally, please avoid using the above expression. If you chose these express for return, the losses incurred shall.

Restocking Fees

Other companies charge 10 to 30% restocking fees when you want to return something, But we don't charge. You can send any of our unused standard items back for a full refund with zero restocking fees. Shop with confidence, and don't buy from a company that charges you to return something. If a company sells quality products it would not charge restocking fees.  

Shipping Charges/fees

Any additional fees due to a 'Refused' or 'Return to Sender' shipment will be deducted from the total refund amount.

*Note: For customers returning orders Internationally: Customers returning orders internationally are subject to their countries customs taxes and duties. We are not responsible for any Customs or Duty fees. Any additional fees due to a 'Refused' or 'Return to Sender' shipment will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Return Time Limit

Orders are not returnable after 30 days. Please contact us as we may offer a partial refund if you want to exchange it for something else.

Damages and issues

For damaged items, you have 5 days from receipt of delivery to report damage to us. We will file a claim with the shipping provider, and we will send a replacement out promptly during the shipping company's investigation. We only ask you to hold on to the box and all packaging and the damaged item, as the shipping provider may pick it up. We also will need photographs of the damaged item including photos of all boxes and packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Wheels: If you mount tires on wheels, they are deemed used and non-returnable and non-refundable.

Wheel & Tire Packages: These are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Each Seat Upgrade Kit is custom-made to order and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

Each Floor Mat Set is custom-made to order and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any products that require paint such as our Front Bumper Refresh is deemed used once bolted on or painted. Painted products including our Front Bumper Refresh are non-returnable and non-refundable.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you within 3 days and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
